Galu Cookie Policy

This policy lists everything Galu stores in your browser and why. It is published in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails. Galu is operated by Ahmed Mustafa, freelance document FL-657428298, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
1. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage do the same job without being sent with every request. Galu uses mostly local and session storage, and sets cookies only for Google Analytics, and only if you accept analytics.

3. Analytics
Google Analytics runs only on Galu's marketing pages (the home page, About, the legal pages and the brand page), and only after you accept analytics. It never runs on a store's recording page, on a store's wall page or embed, or in the dashboard. It receives page addresses without their query strings or fragments.
4. Your choice
Galu asks for your choice the first time you open one of its marketing pages (the home page, About, the legal pages and the brand page). The banner is shown only there, because those are the only pages where analytics can run. It is not shown in the dashboard, on a store's recording page, or on a store's wall page or embed.
Your choice is stored in your browser and also recorded by Galu with its time, your IP address and your browser details, so that Galu can show what you chose. These records are currently kept with no fixed end date.
You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every marketing page, or with the button below. If you withdraw consent, the analytics cookies are cleared and Google Analytics stops sending anything. Your browser's own settings also let you view, delete and block cookies and storage; blocking essential storage will sign you out and stop parts of Galu working.
